  1. Combine ground beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet; cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well. Add pasta sauce, prosciutto, wine, pepper, basil and rosemary. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cook uncovered 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  2. While meat sauce is cooking, boil pasta according to package directions; drain well.
  3. Serve ground beef over pasta.
