How To Enter: The “Masterpiece” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) January 25, 2004 and ends 11:59 PM (ET) on April 30, 2004 (the “Promotional Period”). To enter, complete official entry form or print your name, address and daytime phone number on a 3” by 5” paper, insert into a stamped envelope and mail to: “Masterpiece” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 4036, Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4036. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles accepted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2004 and received by May 7, 2004. A total of one entry allowed per day per person. The Sponsor(s), Prize Provider, Administrator and any Internet access providers, their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, and agencies, and each of the foregoing entities’ respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transfer of entry information, human error, technical malfunction, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access web sites, damage to a user’s computer system (hardware and/or software) due to participation in this Sweepstakes or any other problem or error that may occur, or for late, lost, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, illegible entries or postage due entries and/or mail. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules.

Drawing: (4) Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about May 14, 2004 by the Administrator an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes are final. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Only one prize per person, family or household. Winners will be notified by mail. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (which affirms that they have complied with these rules) as well as a liability release, and where legal, a publicity release which if issued, must be completed, signed and returned within 14 days from date of issuance or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor(s) and its designees to use winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of this Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award all prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect, entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor(s) reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Prizes: (4) Grand Prize Winners will each receive a Piaggio BV200 scooter. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,299 each. ARV of all prizes: $17,196.Winners are solely responsible for all expenses relating to the use of the vehicle including all taxes, title, license, registration fees, destination charges and insurance associated with prize. To accept a prize, winner must provide proof of insurance for the prize scooter and show the required driver’s license for operating the scooter in his/her state in order to take possession and/or drive the prize or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Vehicle shown in advertising may not be actual vehicle delivered. All details of prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Prize is awarded with its manufacturer 1 year limited warranty with unlimited mileage. All expenses relating to acceptance of prize, including home delivery, if applicable, which are not explicitly listed herein as being awarded, are responsibility of winner. Vehicle cannot be delivered outside of the Continental U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii. Winners must claim prize within 2 months of prize notification, or prize will be forfeited. No prize substitution or transfer of prize permitted except by Sponsor(s) due to prize unavailability, in which case prize substitution will be of equal or greater value. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into this Sweepstakes or misuse of any prize won.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the U.S. (except residents of Florida) and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older who possess a valid driver’s license. Employees (and the immediate families and household members of such employees) of LiDestri Foods, Inc. KPC Christopher Thomas, Marden-Kane, its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotional agencies are ineligible. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, the state of Florida and where prohibited by law.

Winners List: For grand prize winners’ names, available after May 30, 2004, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: “Masterpiece” Sweepstakes Winners, c/o Marden-Kane, 36 Maple Place, Manhasset, NY 11030-1962. Deadline for requests is June 30, 2004.
