Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 cups thin prosciutto strips (about 1/3 pound)
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) jar Francesco Rinaldi Classic Alfredo Sauce
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts drained and halved
- 1 (12 oz.) package spinach fettuccine uncooked
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add prosciutto and garlic; cook over medium heat 1-2 minutes, stirring often. Add pasta sauce and artichoke hearts and heat through.
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
- Toss pasta with pasta sauce mixture. Sprinkle with chives and black pepper. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
