Holiday Pizza Wreath

Ingredients
- 1 stick pepperoni
- 2 cups fresh baby arugula
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 2 red bell peppers 1 diced, 1 sliced
- 1 can Pillsbury Pizza Crust refrigerated
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (24 oz.) jar Francesco Rinaldi Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Unroll the pizza crust and shape into a circle. Cut a small circle out of the middle of the dough.
- Spread the Pizza Wreath with Francesco Rinaldi Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Add the arugula and diced red and green bell peppers. Sprinkle with a little more mozzarella cheese, then add the pepperoni slices.
- Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
- Garnish the pizza with fresh arugula and Parmesan cheese. Place the red bell pepper bow at the top. Serve and enjoy!
