  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions.
  2. While the noodles are boiling, cook the ground beef in a large pan with deep sides, chopping it as it cooks. Once the meat is browned, add the Francesco Rinaldi Pasta Sauce, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Warm over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until lightly simmering.
  3. Drain the noodles and add to the pan with the beef mixture. Stir to evenly coat. Serve.
