Or enter by mail by completing an Official Entry Form, available while supplies last under labels of specially marked jars of Francesco Rinaldi® pasta sauce and in selected January 2010 newspaper inserts; or hand-printing your name, address, age, phone number and email address (if any) on a 3x5 piece of paper, and mailing your completed entry in an envelope to: Francesco Rinaldi® 30th Anniversary Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 234284 Great Neck, NY 11023. No mechanical reproductions. Each entry must be mailed separately. Limit one (1) online entry per person and per email address per day; Additional online entry attempts on the same day will be rejected, and repeated attempts to submit excess online entries may result in disqualification. Online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on 12/31/10; mail-in entries must be postmarked by 12/31/10 and received by 1/14/11. Winner Selection. Prize winners will be selected at random, on or about 1/21/11, from among all eligible entries received. Validations: Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. Judges decisions are final.  Potential winners will be notified by mail and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Prize/Publicity Release. Winner’s travel guest(s) must also sign a liability release. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. No responsibility for lost, late, stolen or misdirected mail or entries, or any failure or unavailability of electronic communications or Internet. If integrity of online portion of Sweepstakes is compromised in any manner, Sponsor may modify Sweepstakes and randomly select winners from valid entries unaffected by the problem. Sweepstakes materials void if incomplete, not legible, or if they contain errors.  In event of dispute as to identity of online entrant, entrant is individual named on online entry form.  All submissions become property of sponsor LiDestri Foods, 815 W. Whitney Rd, Fairport, NY 14450 (“Sponsor”). Participation: Sweepstakes begins 12:01a.m. ET 1/1/10, ends 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/10, and is open to legal residents of the 50 United States plus D.C., 18 or older. Employees, and members of their immediate families and households, of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, and anyone involved in the production, development or handling of this sweepstakes are not eligible. Void in PR and where prohibited.  Subject to all applicable laws.  Prizes/Odds: Four (4) Grand Prize: A trip to Tuscany, Italy.  Prize consists of: roundtrip coach air transportation for up to four people from a major U.S. airport nearest the grand prize winner’s residence to Tuscany, Italy; 6 night accommodations in a 2 bedroom apartment at 4 Star La Fattoria; 6 day manual shift car rental with unlimited mileage, and a Wine tasting tour at a 14th Century Castle and $1,000 in spending money. Approx. value $8,996. Entire trip must be completed by December 31, 2011 and must be booked at least 30 days in advance of travel date through travel agent designated by Sponsor.  Blackout dates or other restrictions may apply as dictated by airline or hotel.  All hotel arrangements are subject to availability.  Travel must begin and end with the same major U.S. airport, with the same service.  Once the airline tickets are issued to the winner, any fee associated with flight changes is the responsibility of the winner.  Winner will be responsible for ground transportation to and from the airport at point of origin. Rental car must have a driver who is at least twenty-five (25) years of age or older, has a valid driver’s license, credit card and insurance (subject to terms and conditions of rental car company) and will be responsible for any additional costs associated with vehicle rental and usage, including but not limited to fuel charges.  If winner or winner’s parents or legal guardian do not meet rental car requisites/requirements that portion of prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner is responsible for all other expenses associated with his/her use of the prize not specified here; actual value may vary depending on number of guests, departure city, and dates of travel.  Winner and guests must travel on same itinerary and possess required travel identification documents prior to ticketing. Odds depend on number of entries. Approximately 150,000,000 entry forms available. The prize package is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be extended or replaced if destroyed, lost, stolen, or unredeemed. Limit one prize per household. No substitution or transfer of prizes. If any prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may award substitute of equal or greater value. Taxes are winner’s responsibility. Allow 6-8 weeks after validation for arrangement for receipt of prize. If any winner is a minor under his/her state law, prize may be awarded to parent or legal guardian. Any minor(s) taking part in grand prize trip must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
